Les' Pizza was established in June 1979 . Les and Denise built their new business with hard work and a great recipe that is still satisfying customers almost 30 years later. Focusing, from early on, upon traditional "Neapolitan" style pizza , Les' Pizza earned a reputation for quality and consistency. Over the years items were added, but only after careful recipe evaluations and customer feedback. Everything is made on premises . We use only fresh made daily dough, store made pizza sauce and dinner sauces, hand rolled meatballs, fresh made lasagna, fresh cooked vegatables, and local butchers veal cutlets and chopped meat . Calzones and Garlic Knots are hand made daily. Pre- prepared purchased foods are always from the finest quality providers (ie: only Hormel pepperoni, only butcher's Veal Cutlets, etc.) Friendly service was their second focus- no taking numbers for orders,here! At Les' we ask for your name so we can get to know you - and know what you like, as well! In the early days Les would entertain waiting customers with slight of hand magic shows. Today, a well trained and dedicated staff works their magic daily - cooking fine foods for your enjoyment. After all- The Real Magic- is in the PIZZA-a local favorite for three decades. The family tradition continues with sons, Justin & Matthew, overseeing the everyday business needs, ensuring quality and service traditions endure.
